If you are not satisfied with your bear, you may return it for a complete refund minus shipping and handling. 

We do ask that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and ship the item back within 10 days of receipt. 

We also ask that the bear be returned with any and all original packaging and tags, certificates, etc.

Items returned after 10 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and issued store credit only.

Any improperly packaged or noninsured packages will be returned to sender.  Items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.  Items returned to us damaged or after more than 15 days will receive neither refund nor store credit.

Please notify us if an item arrives damaged in transit.  All bears are inspected before shipping and leave here in mint condition. 

They should arrive in mint condition.  If there is damage please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping company.
