Weekends (Friday & Saturday). Up to 4 people $125 per night. $150 per night for up to 6 people. 2 night minimum.
Sunday - Thursday Up to 4 people $95 per night. $120.00 per night for up to 6 people. 2 night minimum.
Weekly Rates (7-days) $650.00 up to 4 people (weekly rates not available during special event/holiday weeks)

$150 per night up to four people. $175 per night up to six people. 3 night minimum.
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Sunday - Thursday and Weekends Prepayment is preferred. We must have your payment within 5 calendar days from your booking request. We accept check, money order, Master Card, Visa & Discover.
Cancellation: Your payment is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellation after that, we will only refund payment if we can rebook.
Check-in time--Check-in is 4 P.M. (Earlier check-in may be possible. Call for details)
Check-out time--Check-out is 11 A.M.
Pets
We do allow dogs. There is a $25 per dog pet fee and a $50 damage deposit for each dog. (Deposit is refunded after inspection if no damage occurs.) Please don't leave dogs unattended in the bungalow. No more than two dogs for any stay. Please pickup after your dog.
