Weekends (Friday & Saturday). Up to 4 people $125 per night. $150 per night for up to 6 people. 2 night minimum.
Sunday - Thursday Up to 4 people $95 per night. $120.00 per night for up to 6 people. 2 night minimum.
Weekly Rates (7-days) $650.00 up to 4 people (weekly rates not available during special event/holiday weeks)

$150 per night up to four people. $175 per night up to six people. 3 night minimum.
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekends
$150 per night up to four people. $175 per night up to six people. 2 night minimum.
Sunday - Thursday and Weekends 50% deposit at time of booking, balance due at check-in when reservation is made more than 7 days in advance. For reservations less than 7 days in advance we require full payment at time of booking. We accept check, money order, Master Card, Visa & Discover.
Cancellation: Your payment is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date minus a $50 processing fee. For cancellation after that, 50% of deposit is forfeit unless we are able to rebook.
Check-in time--Check-in is 4 P.M. (Earlier check-in may be possible. Call for details)
Check-out time--Check-out is 11 A.M.
Pets
We do allow dogs. There is a $25 per dog pet fee and a $50 damage deposit for each dog. (Deposit is refunded after inspection if no damage occurs.) Please don't leave dogs unattended in the bungalow. No more than two dogs for any stay. Please pick -up after your dog.
